Boston was so professional and polite. He explained everything he did and showed before and after pictures. He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Additionally, he had necessary parts on the truck so he could do repairs on the spot. I Love this company!

When i realized i couldn't install my kitchen faucet myself, i called Lanz and they had a plumber here ASAP (the same day). He took out the old and installed the new faucet without a hitch. It works great and I'm very happy with the results. The folks at Lanz are responsive, their employees professional and knowledgeable, and i highly recommend this company.

Lanz did an above and beyond job on installing our water heater. It was replacing one that was almost 20 years old, so when it was removed there were other potential plumbing and gas connection problems that couldn't be seen. They spoke with me about changes that could made to make service easier in the future (better shut-offs) and installed a better washer discharge line that was hidden behind the water heater at the time. I so appreciated the forward thinking of the tech to discuss these changes rather than just going ahead and installing the water heater and leaving potential problems to arise in the future. I've had Lanz maintenance agreements for a few years which also give me peace of mind. Always professional and courteous!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lanz. We recently bought a 1940’s home with an addition that needed an updated HVAC system. It’s a complicated install given the age of the home and limited duct work. Other companies we consulted struggled to come up with a workable plan. I called Lanz, and our consultant, Michael Savage, figured out a way to give us everything we wanted for a great price on his first visit to our home. All of the equipment arrived in a timely manner and communication to set up the install was good. I really appreciated the professionalism of the installation team. They were great to work with. The whole experience was excellent, and I’m thrilled with the results. The ductless mini split system we have throughout the house now exceeds what we hoped for when we started shopping around. I highly recommend giving Lanz a call.

Lanz is a wonderful company everyone we talk to is really nice and walks across the process. We had something that was clogging our pipe last night and they came out after hours and were really nice and again fixed our problem and told us what we needed to do next. I don't play it on going anywhere else and they have financing options to which are really nice. I also put H fax system because 2 years ago they Installed our new air conditioner and Furnace and the air conditioner was when we had a big heat wave and blessed their hearts they came out and it was 90 + 4 daysdays while they got it fixed.

Great service from the first day I spoke to someone about an estimate! They were very fast about coming out, getting an estimate and explaining everything! Price was very fair as well! When I decided I wanted a new system they were out with in a couple days and the installation completed! It’s been a couple months and they came out just to check on everything and make sure everything was running properly and if I had any other questions! 10/10 recommend!!

Lanz was able to do a same day appointment for a last minute kitchen sink that started backing up. They were very responsive and arrived shortly after I called. The 2 employees that came were helpful and informative. I'm very thankful for Lanz!

My family and I absolutely LOVE Lanz! Jesse (Underground Solutions Manager), and his team, came to our home and did an outstanding job! They showed up right when they said they would, 7:30 AM. They were very kind and polite about getting started. They kept me informed the entire time about what they were doing, and what would happen next. It just so happens that 2 of the men working at our house that day were friends of ours, so that made the experience even better! Regardless, everyone on Jesse's team was so kind, and for a lack of better words, it felt like a big group of friends were at our house all day. They were all so friendly and full of laughter! They respected our home as if it was their own; wearing shoe covers the entire time, carefully moving our belongings to a better spot while working, and sweeping the floors when they were done. We very much appreciated Lanz for fixing our sewer issue in such a timely manner. They got the whole job done in one day, didn't rip up our yard, didn't rip up any flooring, and kept the house in order as they were inside. I couldn't dream of anyone else but Lanz taking care of this issue. We will always continue to love this company, the family-like care they give, and the amazing work they continue to do.

I had a great experience with both technicians that came to my house for service. Philip was there first to tackle plumbing issues we were having and he walked through everything with me, explained everything fixed several issues we had. Then shortly after, Victor arrived to handle an HVAC issue we had. He listened to all of my explaining and went over everything to get to the problem. Both of these men did an excellent job and were very pleasant to work with.

Our compressor went out on our 22 year old system, and we have had small issues with our furnace the last two years, so we decided to upgrade our entire system, furnace and air conditioner. Lanz was great, gave us options, explained the differences, and helped us understand the benefits of the system we decided to go with. Kurt was helpful, available, and knowledgeable, great experience.They have earned my trust and I will always be a Lanz customer.Older - Lanz has been great, and today we had our air conditioning system maintenanced. Victor was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative as he explained the work he was doing. He answered all of my questions, and it was a great experience. I would be glad to have him be our Lanz rep for any future needs.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Boston Williams of LANZ, INC. Boston was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me though the issue I had with my sewer pump, and provided me all the options that I can pursue to solve it. I was very happy that Boston solved my plumbing problem of a year-long bothering issue. He is very polite and very professional, and I would love to have him come to my place in future, if any problem arises.

We replaced 2 ACs and furnaces. Kurt was great to work with and gave a very honest opinion about what he thought would work best for our home. He knows his stuff, and really made this whole process easy. He spent A LOT of time talking to us and going over options, which we appreciated! Kevin and the install crew did a beautiful job and Thomas was great with his follow up. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lanz. This is my second experience with them and I am very pleased with their work and customer service. Today, Phillip worked with us all day to synchronize when the city turned my water off to when he could repair our valves and have the city turn it back on again. They were super late doing this and he turned it back on. He saved us so much stress worrying that we wouldn't have water until they showed up the next day. Thank you Phillip!

I appreciated Lanz having a 24 hour service because finding out the A/C is not working never seems to happen during normal business hours. Victor called within 15 minutes and let me know he’d be over to take a look at what was going on. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained to me the issue of what happened and discussed the repair in clear terms. 10/10 would recommend.

I have done work with Lanz twice now. The first time they had replaced my water heater and not only was it cheaper than anyone else by a couple of hundred dollars the tech was very professional.The second time I had them install a spigot and Ron was very nice, did a great and quick job.I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them even the lady answering the phone was pleasant to deal with. If you need work done, you should call them first. Thank you Lanz!

We are senior citizens and our air conditioning went out during a recent heat wave. Lanz made every effort to expeditiously obtain the parts needed to repair it for us. Their customer service is outstanding and Victor and Daryl were efficient, professional and responsive. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide!

We had a water pipe burst in our basement at night. They offered emergency services to shut off the leak and came early the next day to repair. They even were able to refer me to a water extraction company who has been really good so far as well. I was even able to go to work the next day. A plumber by the name of Boston, was amazing and explained everything so thoroughly every step of the way. I appreciate the response speed and customer service of this company so much! Thanks!

Travis was on time, professional, courteous, and provided exactly the services requested. Pinhole leak right at the water main just past the water meter with 40-year-old faucets in the basement that I couldn't fully close due to age. Travis assisted with narrowing root cause, helped to identify both best treatments to immediately alleviate the problem and help to avoid another problem in the near future by swapping out the next part that was also ready to fail, and was able to complete all repairs in under an hour.Incredibly pleased. Will repeat business based on Travis's work.

I chose Lanz after seeing a commercial on Fox 20. I was impreossed that Mr Lanz staked his reputation on the customers ability to trust his company.I choose well. Lanz is professional, organized and managed exceptionally. I dealt with four different employees over the process if installing a Mitsubishi mini split. We opt for Lanz annual maintenance and have been pleased with all Lanz services.On 5/6/2022, Greg performed annual check of A/C. Greg was prompt, professional, and thorough. He is a gentleman, and we were happy to have Greg in our home. We are grateful that Greg is helping us maintain our home, and we plan to ask for Greg's expert services again. Chase did a great job! I had no heat. I called on Saturday morning. He showed up early Saturday afternoon had my issue fixed in 20 minutes. He was very nice and very professional. I called other places and they wanted a $225 emergency fee because it was the weekend. That was almost the cost of my bill.Lanz will definitely be my go-to for HVAC!Thank you very much for a job well done.

Shannon and Austin came out today to clean and evaluate the condition of my main sewer line to see if pipe lining was an option for me. They both were quite friendly and professional, they explained everything they did and answered all questions. They got my line cleaned out with the largest cutter to ensure good flow. They then videotaped the line and sent me a copy. I would highly recommend Shannon and Austin from Lanz.

It isn’t just the name on the truck that makes a great company, its the people that work there.Shannon’s visit today reinforced all of the reasons its worth it to hire a professional. He brought skills, tools, experience, and most importantly, thinking and problem solving skills. Shannon not only took the time to fix the drain problem but also to thoroughly diagnose the root cause. Shannon wasn’t cutting corners and wasn’t focused on leaving as quickly as possible but instead was self-motivated to deliver complete quality.Shannon also recognized the value of extraordinary customer service. Though we opted to wait until the next morning, he did also offer to come out at 11 PM. The next morning, Shannon called ahead before arriving. Love these guys. They’re not the cheapest in the area, but they’re available 24/7 and are very quick to come out during times I need them most. They’ve installed a water heater for me, a new outside ac unit, repaired faucets, and most recently fixed my heater over the weekend. Good people, and are honest and don’t tell me to buy upgrades I don’t need.

Fantastic experience! They came in measured, told me my options for a hot water heater and came back and installed it. Phillip even fixed a leak under the sink because when he was under the house he saw the leak. He didn't have to tell me about that. Great people and service! I would definitely use them again!!
