40 years of professional sewer and drain cleaning, Terry is the most experienced professional you can find. Terry has developed most of the training processes and methods for the sewer and drain industry. Understanding not only how the various systems will operate and knowing what the customer would expect Terry can help any customer with any situation.
20 years of professional sewer and drain cleaning. Shannon has seen everything the sewer and drain industry has to offer. Delivering customer service at the highest level, Shannon looks forward to helping all customers with diagnosis, maintenance, and emergency service.
8 years of professional sewer and drain cleaning. Austin has committed himself to the trade of drain cleaning and diagnosis. Learning everything possible from Terry and Shannon, Austin has developed a fantastic work ethic and customer communication.
3 years of professional sewer repair and drain cleaning. Kyle has experience in the sewer repair field before transferring to drain cleaning. Kyle has the opportunity to continue his education under the most experienced team around.
Brandon Kinney had worked in the sewer and drainage industry for 18 years. He has been involved from an apprentice to a journeyman and then has moved up to management. He specializes in project management, as well as team building, to provide the customer with the best service he can provide. He believes that thru transparency and honest communication he can help all customers from residential to commercial. Brandon is married to Stephanie and they have 3 amazing children. He enjoys team building and traveling.
Jesse Stephens has been working in the underground utilities, infrastructure and plumbing industry for over 25 years. He has been involved in all phases from building subdivisions to residential plumbing. He helped bring the pipe bursting and pipe lining technology to our area and has been lining pipes for over 15 years. As the founding leader of Underground Solutions, he enjoys all aspects of the department from sales, operations and training new employees. He enjoys helping people and being with his family. He is married to Tina and they have three children.
Luke joined the Lanz team in 2022 with 8 years of underground experience in excavation, drain cleaning and plumbing service. In the last 5 years, Luke had transitioned into Sales for sewer and underground needs where he uses his experience and knowledge. Luke hails from Camargo, IL originally and attended Parkland College after graduation. Luke still resides in the local area with his two sons, Hank & Waylon and in Luke’s free time you can find him on the golf course or in the woods hunting.
Kale Culberson is our Excavation Foreman. Kale started for Underground Solutions right out of high school. He transitioned from an apprentice to journeyman to crew leader. Kale has a vast knowledge in excavation and has completed his plumbing apprenticeship. He is a great leader in our department, always training new employees in the trade. Kale enjoys golf, driving his Polaris RZR and his dog Gracie. Kale is married to Madison.
Jesse Smith is one of our . Jesse has worked in the excavation industry for many years. He has worked on large dirt and grading projects along with small residential jobs which gives Jesse the experience and knowledge to handle the many different situations that can arise. Jesse enjoys camping, fishing and coaching his kids ball teams. Jesse is married to Jacinta and they have 4 kids and 3 dogs.
Jacob Forrest is our Lining Project Coordinator. Jacob has worked in the Marine industry as well as the Septic/Sewer industry for many years. His technical knowledge combined with great customer service makes Jacob a great leader for our Lining Team. Jacob enjoys solving problems for people and helping them understand what we are doing. Jacob really loves working for Lanz because they care for their employees and their customers. Jacob is married to Kristina and they have three great kids. When he is not at work he can be found working for his wife or finding time to hit some golf balls.
Zach Stephens is our Lining Foreman. Zach grew up working for Underground Solutions. He is a versatile employee that can work on both the excavation and Lining teams. At just 20 years old Zach is our best Lining technician and leads his own team. Zach is certified in Picote descaling, 2-part epoxy coatings and inversion lining. Zach enjoys playing basketball, golf and going to the movies. Zach is married to Alison and they have a German Shepard, Sadie.
